Damage deposits will be returned 4 business days after check-out, assuming no damage

We do not supply cribs or pack and plays.  All hardwood/tile floors.

The night prior to your check-in, I will send an access code. If a courtesy early check-in is possible, I will let you know.  We do not allow late check-outs.

Always available via phone, text or e-mail.  

Due to septic rules, no more than 6 people are permitted in the cabin (Max 4 adults).  No overnight guests or each person will be charged $100 per person, per night. To ensure we maximize our clean and sanitized environment, overnight sleeping on the couch is not permitted.

Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed

Smoking is only allowed completely OFF the deck, and away from all doors. Do not smoke ANYTHING inside

Brandon and I are Air Force Veterans, so after being stationed in eastern Carolina and falling in love with the state, we decided to retire in Charlotte. Brandon is a pilot and I'm a financial analyst.  We absolutely love North Carolina for everything it offers--the small towns, the ocean and lakes, the cities, and of course the best part...the stunning, peaceful mountains. We have two very spoiled dogs, both rescues, named Kenzie and Lexi.
